Not tested on dogs but one of my children says he hear the noise generated!!! Below two photos . The fire of the lighter is moving if i press the button.
I don't know how effective it is with several dogs, but it makes me Chihuahua pet shut up when he barks, it has a led light that helps in your walks and also has vibration as a cell phone when you occupy it and so you know it is working. I'll try it on the neighborhood dogs.
